The Diamond Casino and Resort opened in GTA Online on July 23, 2019, as part of the Diamond Casino & Resort update. It is situated on Vinewood Park Drive in East Vinewood, replacing the previously abandoned casino from GTA V. The casino features a ground floor with slot machines, table games (Blackjack, Roulette, Three Card Poker, Inside Track betting), and a Lucky Wheel for daily prizes. The second floor houses the high-limit area and the cashier. The basement contains the casino vault, which is the target of the Diamond Casino Heist.
To enter the casino, players must purchase a membership for GTA$500 (one-time fee). Once inside, you can gamble with chips purchased at the cashier. Chips can be exchanged for money at a 1:1 rate, but there is a daily limit on chip purchases (varies by account status). The Lucky Wheel gives one free spin per day (real-time 24 hours) with prizes including RP, clothing, vehicles, and the podium vehicle. The casino also features a rooftop terrace with a bar and a helipad.
The casino is the hub for several activities: the Casino Work missions (contact missions for Ms. Baker), the Diamond Casino Heist (a major heist requiring an Arcade as a planning base), and the Penthouse purchase. The Master Penthouse is a luxury apartment available for purchase starting at GTA$1,500,000, with various customization options. Owning a Penthouse unlocks the ability to host personal quarters and access to the casino's valet service.
For money-making, the casino itself is not a direct source of income but provides gambling opportunities (with risk) and access to the Diamond Casino Heist, which can yield high payouts.
