PS5: no verified button combination or phone number is available in our evidence record. Xbox Series X|S: the same limitation applies. A sequence copied from GTA 5 is not a confirmed GTA 6 code.
Use this single tracker for both platforms. Separate lists will become useful only when there are demonstrated differences between inputs or effects.
What a useful code report must show
A report needs the game version, platform, story or online mode, exact input and an uncut demonstration of its effect. It should explain whether loading a save, changing missions or restarting changes the result.
We will distinguish a community demonstration from an independently repeated test. A title, thumbnail or AI-generated list alone cannot establish that a code works.
Before trying a reported code
Keep a separate save if the game permits it. Do not assume trophies, achievements or mission progress are unaffected. Those behaviors require evidence for the specific code and build.
