The First Dose Missions are part of the Los Santos Drug Wars update, released in December 2022. They are a set of six missions that serve as the introduction to the Acid Lab, a new passive business. Players work with Dax and the Fooliganz to disrupt rival gangs and set up their own drug operation. The missions can be played solo or with up to three other players, and they are available from the Jobs menu or by calling Dax after meeting him in Freemode.

The total payout for all missions is approximately $200,000-$300,000, but these numbers may change with game updates. The Acid Lab itself requires an initial investment of $750,000 to set up, but it can become a profitable passive income source with upgrades.
