Dax is a key character introduced in the Los Santos Drug Wars update for GTA Online. He is the charismatic and somewhat unhinged leader of the Fooliganz, a group of underground chemists and drug dealers. Players first encounter Dax through a series of phone calls and text messages, eventually meeting him at his lab in the Grand Senora Desert. He serves as the primary contact for the First Dose and Last Dose story missions, which are required to unlock the Acid Lab business.
In the First Dose missions, Dax tasks players with disrupting rival operations and helping the Fooliganz establish their drug empire. The sixth mission, "Off the Rails," involves derailing a train carrying chemical supplies for the competition. After completing all First Dose missions, players can purchase the Acid Lab from Dax, which becomes a passive income business. The Last Dose missions further expand the storyline and offer additional rewards.
Dax is also the contact for the Acid Lab resupply missions, where players steal supplies to keep the lab running. He provides guidance and occasional commentary during these missions. While Dax does not directly pay out money, completing his missions unlocks the Acid Lab, which can generate significant passive income.
