Do not convert a date into an invented unlock time
A release date alone cannot tell us whether access begins at local midnight or simultaneously worldwide. A timezone table based on either assumption can be wrong.
Check the countdown on the storefront attached to your purchase and account region. We will add conversions once a source specifies an actual unlock time and timezone.
Preload is a download, not permission to play
Rockstar lists preload from local midnight on November 12. Downloading files in advance does not establish early access or the launch-day unlock schedule.
Planning across regions
Compare the platform, account region, displayed date and timezone together. A screenshot from a different store region may not apply to your copy.
Do not change account regions or buy another copy merely to follow an unverified early-access claim. Check the official purchase conditions first.
